We take traditional recipes and morph them, striving to give you flavors you have never encountered before. Others are recipes hard to find (some going back to the 1920’s).
These private dinners cater to the savory pallet. Our sommelier will supply multiple nice wines to sample as a paring and discuss at length to round out your evening of flavors unplugged.
The experience - unique!
After years of having people tell me I need to open a restaurant, and hearing complaints of private chef dinners were not that impressive (more like simple catering), I’ve decided to put my toe in the water by cooking for small private dinners up to 14 people.
My style of cooking focuses on the savory side of food life. Flavors that makes your senses melt and your eyes roll back in your head. Minimal salt and careful seasoning are key.
Yes, recipes are made from scratch. A few may use a foundation pack and build on it, but several are my creations. Yes, everything is excellent and unlike the norm found in private chef cooking.
